Who is AHS?
Advanced Hiring System (AHS) is a second generation, family owned and operated business committed to helping sales driven companies double their hiring effectiveness and improve their recruiting methods.
In 2001, our founder Alan Fendrich leveraged his extensive sales expertise, predictive modeling, and Maslow's hierarchy to develop the Advanced Applicant Profiler Sequence (AAPS).
Incorporating qualitative and analytic tools, AAPS is a systematic sales hiring process that encompasses compensation plan design, creating job postings, screening, and interviewing.
